In the course of sorting and choosing the candidates to refer to our clients, we carefully examine the degree of suitability of the candidate on several levels: the position requirements, suitability to their immediate supervisors and coworkers, and compatibility with the organizational culture.
Pyramid is involved in the placement process from the beginning to the end: we make an in-depth study of the organization's sphere of activity and we assist in constructing and formulating the various job requirements. We then participate in choosing the most suitable candidates, and finally, if required, we play an appropriate part in helping the absorption of the new employee into the organization and the position.
Pyramid possesses a large database of candidates that serves as a basis for its activities. The level of our familiarity with the candidates is generally built up on in-depth interviews, obtaining information from persons who have managed, worked or otherwise been involved with them, regarding their various attributes, past successes and/or failures. Sometimes we may be able to furnish important relevant data from additional diagnostic procedures. In regard to most positions we are able to direct candidates to you from this database in a relatively brief and concentrated working procedure.
The placement procedure may be carried out in several ways:
|After you agree with us on a description of the position, we refer potential candidates to you from our database - until you find one who matches your requirements.|
|This is a suitable procedure for situations in which the interest is to focus on a large number of candidates and the existing database does not provide an appropriate answer. The description of the position is advertised, and the responses arrive and are sorted. The most suitable candidates are interviewed and may undergo additional testing procedures to the extent that these are required. Those who are considered suitable are then referred to you to continue with the final stages of the procedure, accompanied by a report on each candidate and a comparative summary between the various candidates.|
|This procedure is suitable for placing the more senior positions, where the number of suitable candidates is relatively small. In the first stage we locate the potential candidates and give a brief preliminary report about them, including their strengths and their weaknesses, and a comparative evaluation of each of them in relation to the others. In the next stage, after narrowing the list of candidates, we contact those still remaining, and continue with the procedure, enabling you to focus more carefully on the candidates relevant to your organization.|

|How we relate to you|
|In regard to our relationship with candidates we work in the following manner:|
A candidate whose background is suitable for at least one of the vacant positions, is invited for an introductory interview. Over and above the candidacy for a vacancy/ies at the time of the interview, the information is recorded in our database, and will serve us also for the future. At the interview information is preserved regarding the candidate's personal background, history, employment and expectations regarding his/her next position. Such information will be taken into account at the time that a candidate is referred to a position/s.
